The White House Historical Association is committed to your satisfaction; if you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we accept returns of non-damaged items within 30 days of receipt. Your support helps preserve the history of the Executive Mansion, and we strive to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our Customer Service department via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm your order details.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Clear the original shipping labels from the box and attach the new return label, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your requested exchange within 7-10 business days.
